Are the colors of products shown on the website accurate.

The colours of the products that appear on the Site have been displayed as accurately as we can, though we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen will display a colour as accurately as the one displayed on the Site. Computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary considerably.

What payment methods do we accept.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Rupay and Maestro credit and debit cards. We also have Net Banking options and UPI. Please note that we do not accept any other methods of payment apart from those listed above. No Cash on Delivery accepted.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched.

After your order has been dispatched, it is impossible to redirect it. Therefore, please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before the item is dispatched.

Is it possible to add items to an existing order.

Unfortunately, you cannot combine orders or add items to an existing order. If you would like all the items you order to be delivered together, you can mail us a request

Is there a currency conversion fee.

When you pay in INR or any other foreign currency apart from your origin currency, your bank will charge you additional currency rate charges on your credit/debit card. These charges are not refundable.
